Look at this report from attachment, there are men and women farmers in hundreds, out of which most of are below 10th or even not having 5th grade official degree but are beating more than 70% scientists, professors and researcher all over the nation with their profound and stunning knowledge of crops insects, their biological life-cycles, their impacts on crops.
One side where in Punjab and ajdacent Haryana layers, farmers have lost most of their cotton crops due to severe mass attack of "White Fly", on the other side farmers in Jind district have successfully shielded their cotton crop with their distinctive know-how of various insects life-cycle.
So please remember Mr. C.M. they also have and even attained a wisdom and wisdom is something which one needs to run or govern the public. So when they can beat yours government's more than 70% of agri-scientists and professors (who not only just have this job rather your system would have spent on them in crores) then how can they not be eligible for electing "Panchayati Raj Elections"?
I feel special compassion and legitimacy to these farmers as the epicenter of this agri-movement has been my native village i.e. Nidana Nagri of my beloved Jind country (we oftenly loved to call it country in student age, a KUK famous compliment) in a state of Yoddheyas i.e. mighty Haryana.
Oh I think, as you don't even consider yourself a Haryanvi (of course otherwise won't have termed Haryavies weak above and strong below shoulders), so all these 'Nagri', 'Country' and 'Yoddheyas' would appear new to you. Don't worry ask your assistances, they would help you out.
