Haryana prima-facie needs these laws to tackle current scenario in the state!

1. Social Jury System: To fight caste, class and varna hegemony in society
2. Anti-trust law for Society: e.g. The Sherman Antitrust Act prohibits monopolies and restraint of trade. Same the society needs to tackle derogatory conspiracies like Jat versus non-Jat or so called 35 versus 1 biradari.
3. Prevention of Psychological Atrocities Law: A law which prohibits use of caste/religion words by media, politicians and religious reps alike SC/ST Act, to further nail them from illegal, impartial and derogatory media trials and mental tortures.

Note: If these laws already exist in our constitution then public needs to be sensitive and aware enough to force the system to get these acts in practice.
