This is literally against the democratic spirit of a nation!

It is further arguable as it violates the fundamental right of expressing ones opinion of governing the society on the basis of his/her humanitary wisdom. Does it mean that a person illitrate just on the basis of official education can't have a wisdom of running the society?

And how can a farmer with whose knowledge he nurture the nation's stomach, isn't that an education? A farmer sitting in countryside even has the bilogical knowledge more than any government gazzetted officer. Example is my own village itself, where there are farmers in dozens who can beat any officially proclaimed agri scientist sitting in universities when it comes to knowledge on insecticides and agri insects.

If so is the case then various universities should stop conferring various doctorate degrees on people who have not attended even a single academic class requisite for that degree and are designated doctorates just on the basis of their life experience. Either it should be stopped or else unverisities and governments should bring up same policy of conferring such degrees on those farmers too who excel in their feild and possess much more and better way knowledge of agri bio, insects, techniques and facts than any designate scientist or officer.

This government has again proved its clone dipped into philosophy of "Manuwad" for whom only their styled knowledged persons are literate and rest world is illitrate. This backdoor imposing of "Manuwad" won't go unnoticed and it would be repelled with proper dues in times to come.
