Findings of this research:

1. It is Brahmin-Baniya-Arora-Khatri who are sitting on Jat-Bishnoi-Ror-Tyagi-Rajput, OBC, SC/ST job share and not the Jats. They see giving reservation to Jats and allies as a threat to extra to their population job share grabbed by them. Thus to divert the attention of Jats & allies, OBC and SC/ST from real issue they planted Rajkumar Saini, who would also fulfill their purpose of demolishing reservation from scrap at India level.
2. It is must that Jats and allies get minimum 20% SBC reservation in Haryana state a minimum or reasonable extra quota in OBC in Haryana to ease their demand further at center.
3. Saini should understand the capability of Jats (it is asserted by Sharad Yadav too) that if Jats and allies join OBC, all together can then demand for job share (govt. and private both at center) as per population ratio.
4. So that people won't catch the real issue along with giving threat to Jats, they have put point of Landholding in Saini's mouth who utters that as Jats are a landlord community so why they need reseravtion; here Jats need to be little stern and/or affirm and should answer Saini that why he doesn't say that more than 95% income of temples (excluding income tax and/or charges to govt.) goes under direct control of Brahmin community; around 3/4th of business in india is in hands of Baniya, Arora and Khatri, so why these people need govt. job share more than their population ratio? Jats must not be polite on this point as it is a direct threat to their existence and morale to further take Jats under psychological pressure even upto extent of sidelining Jat as 1 vs. 35 communities, so such threats should be replied affirmly.
5. Rajkumar Saini says Jats should raise voice for all and not just for them; answer to this should be; first who raises voice for Jats that Jats should raise voice for them? Who called upon Jats to raise voice for them? Jats always supported reservation of other communities like in 2013 along with Jats (Hindu-Sikh-Muslim-Bishnoi), Ror and Tyagi also got it and after few days Brahmin-Baniya-Arora-Khatri along with Rajputs also got it under EWS.
6. This data is of A and B grade jobs, it may happen that Saini or persons behind him may would intend to remind job shares in C and D grade level after reading this analysis; in such situation an affirm reply of Jats and allies should be, 'we don't mind Brahmin-Baniya-Arora-Khatri filling their share under these categories.'
7. Overview of this study says that Jats are dangerously lagged behind.
